You can trade in for any model from the Q Series with MAT™.
What should I do before sending my speakers for trade-in?
Please ensure that you complete your survey form. Your trade-in speaker will be evaluated based on its model and condition. Further details will be communicated separately.
How should I pack my speakers for trade-in?
If you still have the original packaging, please repack your speakers in their boxes. If you no longer have the packaging, a member of our team will contact you with further instructions at a time that is convenient for you.
How do I send my old speakers back?
We will contact you to arrange the pick-up of your old speakers after reviewing your survey answers.

How long will the trade-in process take?
The trade-in process will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
How do I check the progress of my trade-in application?
We'll keep you updated on any developments along the way.
Can I expect any additional fees during the trade-in process?
There are no additional fees for participating in our Trade-In Programme.
If I change my mind about the trade-in, will I be able to get my old products back?
Please contact us promptly if you change your mind.
What happens to the returned products? Will they be resold?
Returned products may be refurbished and resold.
Are there any walk-in stores where I can trade in my KEF products?
Yes, our Trade-In Programme is available in selected offline stores. Please ensure that you are already registered for the programme.
Can I change to trading in a different Q Series model after I've received my trade-in quotation?
Yes, you can complete the trade-in form again for another Q Series model.
