1.1. How can I pair Mu7 to a new Bluetooth device?

Steps
1. Long press “Bluetooth” button to activate Bluetooth pairing mode, and the LED will turn blinking blue. Voice prompt “Ready to pair” can be heard.
2. Go to the Bluetooth setting page of your device and select “KEF Mu7” from your Bluetooth device list.
3. Once Mu7 is paired and connected, the LED will turn to solid white.

1.2. How do I clear a Bluetooth device memory of Mu7?

Steps
1. Long press “Bluetooth + Power” buttons for more than 8 seconds.
2. Mu7 LED will alternate between blue and white.
3. Voice prompt “Device list cleared” can be heard.

1.3. How can I connect Mu7 to more than one Bluetooth device simultaneously?

Mu7 can connect to two devices simultaneously, and only output audio from 1 device at a time.

Steps
1. Long press “Bluetooth" button and the original connected device 1 will be disconnected. Mu7 will enter Bluetooth pairing mode with the LED blinking blue.
2. Go to the Bluetooth setting page of device 2 and select “KEF Mu7” from the device list for pairing.
3. Once Mu7 is connected to device 2, you may reconnect the Mu7 to your device 1 on its Bluetooth setting page.
OR; Power the Mu7 off then on again. Device 1 and device 2 will be connected to Mu7 automatically.

1.4. Is it possible to deactivate the Mu7 Touch sensing control?

Yes, you can deactivate the Mu7 Touch sension control.

Steps
1. Long press “ANC” button to disable the Mu7 touch sensing control function.
2. Voice prompt “Touch disabled” can be heard.
3. All controls using touch sensing for music, call or voice control will be disabled.
4. To activate the touch sensing control again, long press the “ANC” button to resume.
5. Voice prompt “Touch enabled” can be heard.
