How It Works
Step 1:
Referrer: Invite Friends & Family to Book a Demo
Share your unique referral link or referral code, available via email or in your myKEF My Feed, with friends and family so they can book a KEF demo at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong.
Step 2:
Referral: Book a Demo & Receive Your Offer
Use the referral link provided by the Referrer, or enter the referral code when booking a KEF demo at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with an exclusive offer created just for you.
Step 3:
Referrer: Enjoy Your Reward
As a thank you for sharing the KEF experience, Referrers will receive an email with details on how to redeem their exclusive reward when their Referral purchases a KEF product at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong or KEF online store.

Who can become a Referrer? Who can become a Referral?
A Referrer is a KEF owner participating in the KEF Referral Program. A Referral is a friend or family member invited by a Referrer using a referral link or referral code.
Where can I find my referral link or referral code?
Your referral code are available in myKEF My Feed after logging into your myKEF account. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you can also find them in the email sent as part of the KEF Referral Program.
Can I share my referral link or referral code with multiple people? Can I refer myself?
Yes. You may share your referral link and referral code with multiple eligible friends and family members. However, self-referrals are not eligible for rewards under the KEF Referral Program.
What if my Referral forgets to use my referral link or referral code?
To ensure the referral is correctly tracked, the Referral should use the referral link or enter the referral code when booking a demo. If it wasn't used, the Referral can simply make a new booking using the correct referral link or referral code.
Can my Referral complete the demo experience or purchase a KEF product through any KEF location or retailer?
No. To qualify for the KEF Referral Program, Referrals must book a demo experience at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong using a valid referral link or referral code. Qualifying purchases must be made through KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong or the KEF Hong Kong online store.
When will the Referrer receive their reward?
The Referrer will receive an email with details on how to redeem their reward after the Referral redeems their exclusive offer and purchases a KEF product at KEF Music Gallery.
Is a demo booking alone enough to qualify for the Referrer's reward?
No. The Referrer's reward will only be issued after the Referral redeems their exclusive offer and purchases a KEF product.
Terms & Conditions
- The KEF Referral Program runs from 14 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, ending at 23:59 HKT. Existing referral links and referral codes remain valid until 31 May 2027, and demo bookings must be completed on or before 31 May 2027.
- This program is open to KEF owners who have received a referral link or referral code through the KEF Referral Program ("Referrers"), and friends and family members invited by a Referrer through a referral link or referral code ("Referrals").
- Self-referrals are not eligible for rewards under this program.
- Referrers must opt in to receive KEF marketing emails in order to receive their unique referral link and referral code via email. Referral codes can also be accessed through myKEF My Feed after logging into a myKEF account.
- Referrals must book a demo experience at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong using a valid referral link or referral code to receive an exclusive offer under this program.
- Eligible Referrals will receive an exclusive offer in their demo booking confirmation email. The exclusive offer is applicable to KEF products, excluding Muon, Blade, The Reference, brand collaboration products (e.g. Lotus and Nothing), and products launched within the first three (3) months.
- The exclusive offer is valid until the expiry date specified in the demo booking confirmation email and may only be redeemed once at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong or the KEF Hong Kong online store.
- The Referral's exclusive offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer, and may not be exchanged for cash or any cash alternative. All eligible products and rewards are subject to availability.
- Referrer rewards will only be issued after the Referral purchases an eligible KEF product using the exclusive offer through KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong or on KEF.com.
- Referrer rewards must be collected in person at KEF Music Gallery Hong Kong by the date specified in the reward notification email. Unclaimed rewards after the stated date will be forfeited and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
