What is the KEF Trade-Up program?
Our Trade-Up Program gives you the chance to upgrade your KEF speakers. When you trade in an eligible product, we’ll give you the value of your speakers to use towards a KEF product of a higher value.
How does it work?
Trading up is easy and takes just four steps:

Choose your new speakers and pay for them in full.
Step 3: Upgrade
Send us your old speakers for evaluation. We'll confirm your final trade-in value via email.

Can I trade-up from any products?
Only certain KEF products are eligible for trade-up: LS50, LS50 Meta, LS50 Wireless, LS50 Wireless II, and LSX.
How do I know which KEF products I can upgrade to?
Depending on your trade-in model, you can upgrade to LS60 Wireless, LS50 Wireless II, LSX II, or LS50 Meta.
What should I do before sending my products for trade-up?
Before sending in your products for trade-up, be sure to complete our Trade-Up form. We will then send you information regarding next steps.
How should I pack my products for Trade-Up?
If you still have the original packaging, please pack your speakers back into their boxes. If you no longer have it, a member of our team will contact you with further instructions at a time that best suits you.
How do I send my old products back to KEF?
We will contact you to arrange pick-up of your old speakers.
How long will the Trade-Up process take?
The Trade-Up process will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
How do I check the progress of my Trade-Up application?
We'll keep you updated with any developments along the way.
Can I expect any additional fees during the Trade-Up process?
There are no extra fees for participating in our Trade-Up Program.
If I change my mind about the Trade-Up, will I be able to get my old products back?
Your trade-in value is valid for 7 days. After that, you will no longer be able to participate in the Trade-Up Program and your old speakers will be shipped back to you free of charge.
What happens to the returned products? Will they be resold?
Returned products may be refurbished and re-sold.
Are there any walk-in stores where I can Trade-Up my KEF products?
Yes, our Trade-Up Program does allow walk-ins, as long as you are already registered for the Program.
